Do these 5 ways to focus on learning in class

We often feel unfocused when learning in the classroom, both because of factors within ourselves and external factors such as inviting friends to chat while teaching and learning takes place.
For this reason, we must do these 5 ways to focus on learning in class.
Don’t Chat When Teacher Explains Lessons
From the beginning before the class starts, make a commitment with a friend of mine to not invite us to chat as long as the teacher explains the lesson.
Don’t forget to tell the reason because you want to focus and not miss the material from the teacher, so that my friends don’t misunderstand thinking we don’t want to chat with him.

Don’t Forget Breakfast Before Departing School
We do have to always have breakfast before going to school, so we can digest the lesson.
But we should not eat too much before the class starts, because it will make us sleepy and not hear clearly what the teacher is saying.
So, the meal cannot be excessive and in the afternoon we can eat again before entering class hours during the day.

Turn off the cellphone
Never turn on your cellphone during class hours. We recommend that you not only use silent mode, but actually turn off the mobile.
Because our concentration of learning can immediately disappear when we see a notification. We finished and wanted to check the handphone.

Record Teacher’s Explanation
When the teacher explains the lesson, we not only listen but also note the important things from the explanation.
Indeed, sometimes the teacher does not give instructions to record the explanation, but we must take the initiative to take notes because we are not able to remember the material that has been submitted.
No need to record all the words for the words of the teacher, just the important points.

Try to be interested in the subject
Sometimes we don’t focus on learning in class because we don’t like the subjects, so try to be a little interested in the subjects.
For example, we don’t like astronomy, then in astronomy we see material about the shape of constellations.
For ourselves to wonder what form of constellations there are, then we will become interested in these subjects. Do this for all subjects to be studied.
